A smarter approach to domestic violence for California physicians.
Respond to Domestic Violence Online CME Program
A unique multimedia program that will improve your confidence in managing domestic violence. You will learn how to recognize DV in your practice, validate and respond to your patients’ concerns, assess their health and safety, and connect them to community resources. You will also learn how to comply with California’s mandatory DV reporting laws.

Notice of Possible Site Closure on July 31, 2008

After July 31, 2008 we may no longer have funding to offer free CME credit to California physicians who complete the "Respond To Domestic Violence" CME program. Although we are seeking alternative funding sources (and welcome ideas), we cannot assume that such funding will be available. If we do not receive additional financial support for this initiative, we will discontinue this Website after July 31. If you wish to receive CME credit or to view the online domestic violence program, please complete your activities before July 31! After that date, you may not be able to view the free program or print a CME certificate. If you wish to continue learning about domestic violence or want to refer colleagues to this excellent educational resource, a very similar program is available at the independent, non-commercial CME Website, The Virtual Lecture Hall (www.VLH.com).
