Reporting Domestic Violence - An excellent eight-page discussion of California's intimate partner (domestic) violence reporting requirements prepared by the California Medical Association's Legal Counsel in January, 2006.
National Consensus Guidelines on Identifying and Responding to Domestic Violence Victimization in Health Care Settings - A comprehensive 78-page review prepared by the Family Violence Prevention fund in 2004.
Understanding Confidentiality and Minor Consent in California - A 37-page set of recommendations and resources for dealing with confidentiality issues related to minors. Published in 2002 by the Adolescent Health Working Group and San Francisco Health Plan.
